Pandan swiss roll
Although Christmas is still far away,
we were making our mini log cake XD.
We are making swiss roll past few practical lessons.
I like to roll the cake=]
But to me making a perfect swiss roll is not easy.
I failed to make the butter cream twice.
finally i succeeded in my 3rd attempt.
I felt stress with my failure
I really need to practice more to make a perfect one.
This is already the 4th week I'm in Shatec.
That's mean the progress test is coming>.<
I will Try my best to pass all subjects.
