I love PADDLE POP ice cream:D
feel so happy when eating such colorful ice cream :D
Recently we are practicing bread & Puff pastry.
We have 3 lesson each to practice these 2 items.
Chef said we need more technic to do a better product.
We have done Baguette, buns, loaf bread and pizza for the bread lesson.
And for the puff pastry we have done fruit purse & Vol Au Vent.
This week we're busy with our projects.
Next week we have 2 project presentation and also speech.
responsibility is very important while doing projects.
