The product we have done was soft roll, cream puff and Pandan cake.
We have to complete these product within 5 hours.
At first I found a bit complicated to finish these three product.
But nothing is impossible!
I still enjoy although I'm panic. XD
I really learn the lesson this week.
This week is already week 8 and is our time to be independent.
Working without Chef guiding let me realized what we must know in the kitchen.
That's so many important things to know and to learn in the kitchen .
And I really felt that this 1 and half year in Shatec is not enough for me to learn all.
